unusual wedding favours 4 Months, 4 Weeks ago
Hey, it's me again. I'm still busy helping my friend prepare for her dream wedding.

Anyway, I'd like to ask some suggestions on unusual wedding favours. She wants their wedding to be unique and unforgettable, from the theme (I had a different thread about the fairy theme) to the cake to the favours. So, we're looking for something unusual. Please share your ideas. Thanks!

You should consider the flower tea ball wrapped in a gold favour bag found in http://www.exoticteapot.co.uk/en/shop/tea-gifts/wedding-gifts.html. I recommend the Jasmin Fusion for the flower tea. Its scent is just lovely.

I like Laura’s idea. Another one is to buy the different tea lights, sold in sets of six, on this site. The ruby, emerald and amber flames of the tea lights correlate to your magical fairy theme. Depending on your budget and number of guests, you could provide one or more candles; each comes with a glass holder. You could have them lit on the tables at the reception as decoration so that they could see how unique they really are.

I recently attended a wedding where the favours were the place card holders at the reception dinner tables. These served a dual purpose. It informed guests where to sit. And, besides their name printed on the card, was a message thanking the guest for attending, asking them to take the place card holder home as memorabilia. Also, their place card holders were small teapots.

Have you seen those cute custom-designed candles? They can actually order candles which spell their names (or just initials). I'm not referring to candles with labels simply glued on them, but those candles that have been designed to take the shape of letters. It's truly lovely.
