A colleague at work is hosting a tea party for the 8 females in the office. We thought how nice it would be for each of us to bring her a small gift relating to theme of her party. I am seeking at least 8 different type of tea party accessory gifts so that we will not all bring her the same item.

In addition to what Cary listed, you could always include teas. If she is having a tea party, she obviously appreciates tea drinking. Therefore, an artisan tea could be an accessory gift for her.
