I need delightful dessert ideas that don't involve chocolate. I noticed most of my desserts are chocolate-based. I need to try different ones.

You must try my favourite Cream Puff for dessert.

10 oz water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
5 eggs

Heat water and butter over medium temperature. Add flour and adjust to low temperature. Remove from fire. Add eggs and beat well into the mixture. Bake mixture over 375 deg F.

8 oz cream cheese
4 cups milk
4 oz vanilla pudding mix
12 oz whipped topping
1/4 cup corn syrup

Mix cheese, milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth and thick. Pour mixture over cake, put the whipped topping and drizzle with syrup.

I'm a huge fan of fruit-based desserts! My favourite desserts are actually without chocolate.

- Mango Spring Roll
- Peach Cream Pie
- Baked Banana Crumble
- Pineapple Torte
- Toffeed Apples
- Fresh Apple Cake
- Strawberries in Double Cream

Mango Float is the best dessert for me, and it does not have chocolate (although chocolate works well for me, too).

Tropical cake comes close second. It's a cake with different nuts and fruits mixed in it. Add a little rhum to the cake mix to make the flavour more interesting.

Some people really enjoy vanilla or custard desserts. However, you must use quality vanilla, preferably directly from the vanilla bean. Even ice cream made with the vanilla bean is a glorious taste especially when topped with a raspberry sauce.
