Menu Ideas for Mad Hatter Tea Party 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago
My former college friends and I are planning our annual crazy get together. We have selected our theme as a Mad Hatter Tea Party. This year I am responsible for the menu. Since we always try to impress each other, I am seeking some fun, unique and colorful ideas for my menu.

Make a mad hatter cake using three or more round, different size cake pans. Frost each layer with a different bright color icing. Use black licorice for accenting around the bottom of the cake.

Use cookie cutters in the shapes of hearts, spades and clubs when making finger sandwiches. Buy different breads such as pumpernickel and rye to add more color.

if it's really a mad hatters party why not serve the desserts before the entrees etc. I say this because when i as a kid i couldn't understand why we were not allowed to eat the cake first and hen fill up with the less interesting things.

Make cupcakes or cookies; decorate the tops as the stopwatch clock from the book.

Use borosilicate clear teapots on stands with the colorful tealight flame candles shown on this site. Make oolong tea, green tea, white tea and the two herbal teas that are infused with lavender and with rosebuds. This will add an array of color to the table and flavour
