tea infused meat? 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago

I would like to serve tea-infused meat for a special family dinner. Any suggestions? I would prefer chicken or pork, but I'm also open to other options.

Combine up to 2 tablespoons green tea, as well as chopped macadamia nuts, bread crumbs, kosher salt and butter as a stuffing. You can gently stuff the mixture in poultry or pork then bake. Atop with a lemongrass flavored cream sauce; use green tea in the sauce if you wish.

The name of the Thai restaurant escapes me at the moment, but I have tried their Coconut Chicken infused with Green Tea, and it was fabulous. It smelled and tasted really good.
