I especially enjoy the two autumn spices (pumpkin and cinnamon). Has anyone here ever added these spices to green, oolong or white tea instead of herbal teas? If so, how does it taste?

I would use oolong tea and make pumpkin spice syrup in lieu of sprinkling the ground spice in the tea. Combine equal parts of water and sugar, bring to a boil. Then add your spices (2 T of your choice such as pumpkin spice, cloves, ginger and/or cinnamon) and simmer for five minutes. Pour the liquid syrup through a cheesecloth strainer. Add the syrup (about 2T per cup) while steeping your oolong tea. Store the remaining liquid in the refrigerator.

I use cinnamon sticks to stir my cup of tea. It provides a nice aroma and a mild spicy taste. Try it with both teas to see if it meets the desired flavour.

I also love cinnamon in my tea. I have recently bought cinnamon green tea packs, and the tea tastes just as good with green tea steeped with cinnamon sticks.
