I know many tea drinkers add milk to their tea, but have you tried tea with alcohol? What alcohol-tea mixes taste good? How do you prepare it? Do you just add the alcoholic drink right to your regular tea?

Actually I'v never tried but it's probably good rather like a grog.
I remember when I was young seeing old ladies add something to their tea I vaguely think the smell was whisky or rum I'm pretty sure they still added milk also.

A friend told us tea with gin tastes good and asked us if we wanted to try it. To satisfy our curiosity, we gave her a nod. She prepared tea mixed with 1 ounce of gin and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for each cup. It was fine, but I still prefer milk on my tea!

Yes, it's pretty much as simple as adding the alcohol right after you have prepared your tea. For hot tea, you can add rum, rum and cognac, whiskey (just like Irish coffee), red wine or gin. For cold tea, vodka, whiskey, cognac or rum will be good. You may add sugar, milk or lemon to improve taste.
