My Assistant at work has never had blooming tea. As a gift of appreciation I plan to purchase some artisan blooming tea for her. Which of the artisan teas would be most impressive?

The first time I tried blooming tea, I was most impressed with the Jasmine flower. I thought the blooming of the flower was more visible during the steeping and that the flavor more to my preferred taste buds.

I prefer the combination of Jasmine and Chrysanthemum in the blooming teas. There are both yellow and pink/red flowers blooming, making for a more spectacular display and an enhanced taste from the two flowers.
