What kind of milk do you usually add to your tea?

I rarely add milk to my tea, but when I do, I usually have soy milk due to problem on lactose intolerance. Compared to cow's milk, it has more fats and more fibre, yet less cholesterol and less calcium.

It depends on my mood, really. I add skimmed milk, full cream milk or cream to my tea, depending on what I like on that particular moment.

I like adding a few drops of fresh cow's milk to my tea. I have tried goat's milk, upon a friend's recommendation. It tastes good, too, but I still have to get used to its strong odour.
