Tea for Asians? 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago
My husband's company will be having Asian guests 3 weeks from now, and my husband has volunteered to host a dinner. I have planned for the food I will be serving, but I'm not too sure with the tea. What kinds of tea will Asians most likely appreciate? I know they like tea, but what kind of tea should I prepare? I gathered that 3 of them are from Japan, 3 from Singapore and 2 from China. Please help. I want my husband's guests to really enjoy their dinner with us.

Check the different kinds of specialty tea in http://www.exoticteapot.co.uk/en/shop/specialty-tea.html I personally like the Dragon Well Sublime Green Tea. It's my favourite, so far.

I read recently that black tea in Singapore is no longer the favorite among tea drinkers. However, green tea is still widely available and popular in Japan. But I would consider serving the flowering tea available through this site. I am not sure if you have ever purchased one but it is sure to impress them, no matter their favorite at-home tea. At least it always has when I serve it to my friends and family plus it sparks a great conversation

I almost forgot about the ginger tea! I had a friend back in college who is from Singapore. She introduced me to the unique and refreshing taste of honeyed ginger tea. It was my first time to drink ginger tea, and I enjoyed its taste very much. I think it's pretty popular among Asians.
