In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know by email so we can arrange for a return. Our 15 day No Quibble Money back guarantee covers all our products and standard shipping by Royal Mail. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition otherwise no refund
can be given. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own
proof of delivery. The return postage cost (and any gift wrapping charge) is not reimbursed unless item is
damaged or faulty.

Damaged/Faulty Goods
Please check your goods on delivery.
If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and
arrange to post them back to us. We will replace them free of charge and reimburse you any
