What do you usually do when an invited guest brings along a couple of other guests you haven't really invited (and thus, not in your planned guest count)?

Of course, you need to prepare at least 20% more food just in case unexpected guests arrive. That way, if one or two guests not in your list came to join, there should be not much of a problem. Better be prepared than sorry.
