best tea cake 5 Months, 1 Week ago  
My friends and I have agreed on holding a "competition" among us. We need to prepare our best tea cakes and have them judged by October 10th. I'm actually busy trying to find the best recipes. I would appreciate suggestions.

Wow, that's a great idea! Can I come with? I can be the official taster or the judge. I have extensive experience in eating tea cakes! Hahaha..

My favourite tea cake has cinnamon and choco ripples in it, and topped with roasted almonds and glazed fruits. Fab!
