Oolong tea (or Wu long tea) is a semi-oxidised tea from China or Taiwan that offers a variety of refreshing tastes. This particular type of tea contains a high level of polyphenols & antioxidants which reputably help promote health and beauty. Oolong tea (also called Wuyi) is also believed by many to be a great weight loss tea with the ability to boost the metabolism and help block the fattening effects of carbs.
