To really get the best out of your cup of tea, we heartily suggest you use spring water and steep the tea or infusion in a glass teapot at the temperature and duration recommended below.
 Flowering Tea
How to prepare:
- Use 1 tea blossom for 300ml (10oz) of water
- Heat water to 85°C (180°F) and steep for 3 minutes until flower has opened.
- Good for up to 3 infusions

Green Tea
How to prepare:
- Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 85°C (180°F)
- Steep tea for 2 minutes

Jasmine Tea
How to prepare:
- Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 85°C (180°F)
- Steep tea for 2 minutes
 Oolong Tea
How to prepare:
- Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 93°C (200°F)
- Steep tea for 3 minutes
 White Tea
How to prepare:
- Use 1.5tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 82°C (180°F)
- Steep tea for 3 minutes
 Black Tea

- Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 96°C (205°F)
- Steep tea for 3 minutes

Pu erh Tea
How to prepare:
- Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 95°C (203°F)
- Steep tea for 3 minutes
 Fruit Infusions
How to prepare:
- Use 1.5tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 98°C (208°F)
- Steep tea for 5 minutes
 Herbal tea
How to prepare:
- Use 1.5tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 98°C (208°F)
- Steep tea for 5 minutes

Rooibos
How to prepare:
- Use 1.5tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
- Heat water to 98°C (208°F)
- Steep rooibos for 5 minutes
