Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours if received on a working day. With Royal Mail First Class or our Couriers, most customers generally receive their order within 1-2 days although it is not a guaranteed service.
We strive hard to keep your shipping costs as low as possible without compromising on the quality of the packaging materials we use.

We now have a Maximum Delivery charge of only £6.95 per order (1-2 day non-guaranteed service) regardless of the number of items you purchase.
Loose Teas & Coffees
UK Delivery (Mainland UK only):
Our teas and coffees are delivered to UK addresses using Royal Mail First Class (signed for) service.
We offer a special flat rate of £1.95 for each of our teas along with a discount if multiple products are ordered.
A signature will be required.
International Delivery:
We can now ship our teas and coffees worldwide via Royal Mail Airmail (3-5 days service). Please email us with the following information:
- Product name(s) & quantity
- Your full name & Delivery address (incl. country & postcode)
We will then email you an order invoice that you can pay securely using any credit card or Paypal.
Tea & Coffee glass ware
UK Delivery (Mainland UK only):
Our teapots, cafetieres and gift sets delivery pricing is calculated specifically based on weight. We only use recorded delivery services so ALL our products will need to be signed for.
We do our best to package our teaware as securely as possible. If your package is lost or has arrived damaged, please contact us by email. You can also review our refund or return policy.
International Delivery:
We are currently unable to ship our glass teapots, cafetieres and gift sets outside the UK at this time.
