Guide to Brewing:

To really get the best out of your cup of tea, we heartily suggest you use spring water and steep the tea or infusion in a glass teapot at the temperature and duration recommended below.

Flowering Tea

• Use 1 tea blossom for 300ml (10oz) of water
• Heat water to 85°C (180°F) and steep for 3 minutes until flower has opened.
• Good for up to 3 infusions

Green & Jasmine Tea

• Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
• Heat water to 85°C (180°F)
• Steep tea for 2 minutes

Oolong Tea

• Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
• Heat water to 93°C (200°F)
• Steep tea for 3 minutes
  
  

White Tea

• Use 1.5tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
• Heat water to 82°C (180°F)
• Steep tea for 3 minutes
  
  

Black Tea

• Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
• Heat water to 96°C (205°F)
• Steep tea for 3 minutes
  
  

Fruit Infusions, Herbal tea & Rooibos

• Use 1.5tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water
• Heat water to 98°C (208°F)
• Steep tea for 5 minutes
