Shipping / Delivery
Most orders are dispatched and delivered within 3-4 days if received on a working day. We strive hard to keep your shipping costs as low as possible without compromising on the quality of the packaging materials we use.
UK Delivery:
All our products are normally delivered to UK addresses using Royal Mail First Class.
We also use recorded delivery services for items over £10 in value so will need to be signed for by the recipient.
We do our best to package our items as securely as possible. If your package is lost or has arrived damaged, please contact us by email. You can also review our refund policy.
Last Orders for Guaranteed Christmas delivery:
- Royal Mail First Class - 20th December 2011
- UPS Express Service- 22 December 2011 (before 11am)
For Express Services, we'll still need 24 hours to process your order. Your order will then be shipped next working day via UPS 24 hour or 48 hour trackable delivery service.
However, if you order before 11am, we'll do our utmost to ensure your order ships out that same day although we cannot always guarantee this given the high volume of orders.
International Delivery:
We are currently unable to ship our teas, glass teapots and gift sets outside the UK at this time.
