Use 1.5tsp of fruits for 250ml (8oz) of water. Heat water to 98°C (180°F). Steep infusion for 5 minutes.
To enjoy your loose leaf tea or infusions on the go, add a pack of 100 empty tea bags. These unbleached and plastic free, biodegradable filter paper bags are perfectly sized (6cm X 10cm) to allow the leaves to fully infuse their flavour. Simply add a teaspoon or two of your favourite leaf tea.

Lemon Zest Ice TeaPure and fresh
Ingredients: 19 tsp. Citrus zest infusions1 lemon 1 handful of fresh mint1L water8 scoops vanilla ice creamIce cubes or crushed ice
Brew 1L of the infusions blend and let it steep for 15 mins. Fill ice cubes into a large pitcher and pour in the tea. Wait until it is completely cooled down. Decorate with the lemon slices and mint and enjoy.
