Also known as Iron Buddha, our Tie Guan Yin tea is an imperial grade, full bodied oolong (wulong) with remarkable flavour. This delicious semi-fermented tea enjoys a fruity, delicate aroma which is similar to green tea but without any bitterness or grassy notes. We only have a limited quantity of this exceptional spring harvest oolong.

How to Prepare
Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water. Heat water to 93°C (200°F). Steep tea for 3 minutes.
Options
To enjoy your loose leaf tea or infusions on the go, add a pack of 100 empty tea bags. These unbleached and plastic free, biodegradable filter paper bags are perfectly sized (6cm X 10cm) to allow the leaves to fully infuse their flavour. Simply add a teaspoon or two of your favourite leaf tea.
Add a stainless steel measuring spoon for a perfect cup of tea.
