This delicious high altitude, green oolong is a speciality tea from Fujian which has been hand processed using milk water steam to evoke a velvety smooth texture and a distinctively creamy, aromatic taste.
Sold as Loose Leaf tea in different sized tins and pouches.

How to Prepare
Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water. Heat water to 93°C (200°F). Steep tea for 3 minutes.

Options
To enjoy your loose leaf tea or infusions on the go, add a pack of 100 empty tea bags. These unbleached and plastic free, biodegradable filter paper bags are perfectly sized (6cm X 10cm) to allow the leaves to fully infuse their flavour. Simply add a teaspoon or two of your favourite leaf tea.

Add a stainless steel measuring spoon for a perfect cup of tea.

Ice Tea Recipe
Milky Oolong creamy cocktail
Ingredients:
8 tsp. milky oolong
dash of milk
4 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
Ice cubes or crushed ice
Brew the oolong in approx 80C water and let it steep for 3 mins. Fill ice cubes into a large pitcher and pour in the tea. Wait until it is completely cooled down. Add a dash of milk. At this point you already have a delicious cold drink. If you add a scoop of vanilla icecream per glass it becomes heavenly delicious.
