All deliveries are tracked to your door for your peace of mind.

Packages to Northern Ireland and more Remote UK Areas like Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands have two fixed delivery options:

- Standard Service (4-5 days) via My Hermes - £5.95
(retail customers only)
- Express Service (2 days) via DPD - £12.95

Please ensure you select the United Kingdom Northern Ireland or United Kingdom Highlands and Islands options in dropdown menu when registering your shipping address for these areas.

Please place your order before 12pm (Midday) for Next Working day Delivery. Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day.

We offer a Saturday or Sunday Weekend delivery service by DPD for a fixed price of £12.95. You can specify which day you prefer in the comments box during checkout.

We send all our products to many countries in Europe using our express courier DPD. All packages up to 30kgs are trackable from start to finish and generally take only 2-5 days to arrive depending on the country.

No customs duty will be charged on any deliveries within the EU.

VAT on applicable products and delivery charges will be applied at UK rates for EU countries unless you are a business and can provide us with a registered VAT number when registering a trade account.

We are currently unable to offer delivery services to any countries outside mainland Europe at the current time.
