I bought from this website for the first time for my partner who was fascinated by the flowering tea we had at a celebratory dinner. I have to say the customer service I experienced here was second to none. Paul who assisted me was nothing short of kind and professional. The teas arrived within days via courier service DPD which are one of the best companies as you can track your package whilst it's on the way to your home on the day of delivery so no mystery of when are they turning up. The teas and teapot arrived in beautiful packaging and was carefully packed to avoid damage. The tea pot was delicate looking but very robust and a must buy if you want to enjoy the beauty of the tea flowering. Tea was delicious. I don't normally enjoy green teas however: the smell of the buds alone was beautiful and tempting I had to try. I'm sorry to go on but I was so pleased with my purchase I wanted to be sure that the team at exotic teapot know they are appreciated. I will be back for more.

My daughter bought be a flowering teas gift set for my birthday and I've been hooked ever since. A lovely visual experience first thing in the morning (especially during the day winter months under lockdown) and great flavours too.

I ordered these for my wife as she alredy had a glass teapot from your company. Deivery was extermely quick and the items were packadged really well and beautifully presented. She absolutley loved the selection packs and is working her way through them. The only one she hasn't enjoyed so far is the one with strong liquorice root taste.Will definitely be ordering again.

Very Good Tea, prompt delivery
Absolutely delighted with the gift set, which I know my sister will love. She's had the teas before so I know they will be a lovely surprise. And I got s free gift of some Camomile tealeaves as a bonus. Decided to go the whole way and get the gift wrap and a lovely gift card too. Highly recommended & delivered within a couple of days too.
