Lovely individual teapot and excellent floral box. Ordered tea but as it is a gift I can't comment other than it all looked good. Quick delivery too.

I haven't tasted the tea as I bought it as a present. It all looks lovely and is packaged in a beautiful box. Unfortunately the teapot handle was broken on arrival, but I can't rate highly enough the customer service in sorting out a replacement which arrived promptly with no fuss, all I had to do was send a photograph of the broken product.I think the recipient will be very pleased when she receives this present I certainly would.

This is a perfect product! Exactly what I wanted; the tea looks fantastic, it blooms exactly as described and the taste is beautiful. I?ve only tried one so far and I can?t wait to experience the rest of them. My friend who received these as a gift was also really happy.I ordered these during an exceptionally busy time of year but exoticteapot.co.uk were so prepared and so accommodating when my parcel did not turn up in time. The tea and pot are actually great and I am enjoying the flowering tea. Even the packaging was good so no glass would break. My only objection is the expensive shipping which cost 4.95 in Mainland UK! Hopefully shipping expenses are reduced in the future.

A lovely delicate glass teapot and two glass cups. And the tea blooms are delightful, working just like shown in the demo video.On top of that the customer service was absolutely splendid. I don't give a 5/5 rating lightly. 4/5 is what a company can expect for a good product and good service. 5/5 is for a company that go the extra mile in one way or another, and Exotic Teapot did for me. Really happy and will be back in a couple of weeks for a Christmas present.

The tea set was bought as a birthday gift but i managed a peek before handing the items over.The gift box is good quality and very pretty.The tea pot is small and delicate, wonderfully designed, quite delightful. This company has been an answer to my prayers. Finding beautiful, practical gifts for friends isnt easy. However, these teapots and teas are perfect. They are beautifully presented, so no wrapping required. The teapots are beautiful, so when not being used they are a joy to have on a shelf. The tea is delicious and the variety of teas are excellent. My next purchase will be for myself. (Once our kitchen has been finished) My daughters are mesmerised by the flowering teas when we visit Nanny. Excellent speedy service. Good quality teas and teasets. Excellent gifts.

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. When I ordered Google had an outage meaning I couldn?t receive emails including any confirmation of order. When I was finally able to access and send emails again the response to my query confirming the order had gone through was very quick. Delivery was excellent too. Given I couldn?t spend Christmas with my family this year due to COVID I was trying to make my mums Christmas as special as possible and The Exotic Teapot helped me do just that!

I bought this as a gift for my step-mother who not only loves tea, but has a great interest in Asian culture. From the start of my order, communication was great, but I was especially impressed with the beautiful gift box the teapot arrived in, and the tea and teapot itself.
