Replacement Glass Lids
Replacement lids for our glass teaware. As our glass teapots are hand blown together with the infuser, a replacement may not always fit as well as the original did. We do try to keep spares from each batch of glassware we produce and will try to find the best match if available. If you don't see your specific model in the options list, please contact us to check parts availability.
Unfortunately we cannot supply lids for other manufacturers glassware. Please contact them directly if you need a replacement.

Excellent customer service
Having already had to order a replacement infuser, another kitchen accident meant we needed a new lid! My daughter loves her teapot and teas from The exotic teapot, it was great to be able to get the replacement parts we needed, thank you
I needed to buy a replacement lid for the beautiful teapot which broke. Received great assistance from the company and new lid arrived within days even though it was a bespoke no longer available range.
Arrived very quickly, beautiful product, lid is not a firm enough fit, I think a plastic seal neededs to be sent out with all lids.
Quick efficient service.
Sadly, on Christmas eve, I accidentally knocked over my beautiful Persian teapot and the lid smashed. I emailed the Exotic Teapot company in the hope of being able to replace the lid. Despite the website saying they were closed for the holidays, Paul emailed me straight back and said he was sure they could find a replacement lid. I just needed to send a couple of measurements. On 4th January, after the holidays, Paul emailed again to tell me how to place my order. This I did and it was dispatched the next day. Thank you Paul for such a great service.

I was given wonderful a teapot, infuser, and selection of flowering teas from "The exotic teapot" for Christmas. I ordered a replacement lid, unfortunately I asked for the wrong one. The lovely gentleman that I spoke to (?Paul) posted the correct lid without charging me even the postage.Thank you, I'm very happy having my flowering tea treat again.Brilliant customer service all round.
I am the clumsiest person out but still like lovely things- such as these tea sets and mugs. The good news is that if you break a lid you can replace just the lid- and no-one need know! I accidentally juggled mine when emptying the dishwasher and chatting to someone- ended up throwing it across the room where it smashed on the slate floor. Replaced in 48 hours. Excellent service, lovely product.
