Lovely, pretty packaging, amazing on making first tea to see the flower unfold very pleased was a gift for my daughter who loves it!

A lovely delicate glass teapot and two glass cups. And the tea blooms are delightful, working just like shown in the demo video.
On top of that the customer service was absolutely splendid. I don't give a 5/5 rating lightly. 4/5 is what a company can expect for a good product and good service. 5/5 is for a company that go the extra mile in one way or another, and Exotic Teapot did for me. Really happy and will be back in a couple of weeks for a Christmas present.

I haven't tasted the tea as I bought it as a present.
It all looks lovely and is packaged in a beautiful box.
Unfortunately the teapot handle was broken on arrival, but I can't rate highly enough the customer service in sorting out a replacement which arrived promptly with no fuss, all I had to do was send a photograph of the broken product.
I think the recipient will be very pleased when she receives this present I certainly would.

I bought this as a gift for my step-mother who not only loves tea, but has a great interest in Asian culture. From the start of my order, communication was great, but I was especially impressed with the beautiful gift box the teapot arrived in, and the tea and teapot itself. I will definitely be visiting the Exotic Teapot again for future gifts, or for myself. Enough about what I thought of it, the gift was well received by my step-mother too!

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. When I ordered Google had an outage meaning I couldn’t receive emails including any confirmation of order. When I was finally able to access and send emails again the response to my query confirming the order had gone through was very quick. Delivery was excellent too. Given I couldn’t spend Christmas with my family this year due to COVID I was trying to make my mums Christmas as special as possible and The Exotic Teapot helped me do just that!

The tea set was bought as a birthday gift but i managed a peek before handing the items over.
The gift box is good quality and very pretty.
The tea pot is small and delicate, wonderfully designed, quite delightful. I am very pleased with my purchase. It certainly makes a lovely present.
The gift was extremely well received.
Am now hoping that if I drop enough hints someone might buy one for me!
