Lapsang Souchong is often referred to as smoked tea because the leaves are traditionally smoke-dried over pinewood fires, taking on a distinctive, smoky flavour. Our Lapsang Souchong has an open, slightly grayish black leaf with a sharp note of spicy smoke.

How to Prepare
Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water. Heat water to 96°C (205°F). Steep tea for 3 minutes.
