This superior grade, early 2nd flush sencha is grown on the high altitude slopes near Mount Fuji. After being harvested, the sencha is carefully steamed, rolled and fired into its distinctive leaf shape. The olive green coloured infusion has a sweet, refreshing taste with a grassy aroma. The perfect choice for the connoisseur of fine Japanese sencha.

Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water. Heat water to 85°C (180°F). Steep tea for 2 minutes.
Add a stainless steel measuring spoon for a perfect cup of tea.
