Summary
Jade oolong is a lightly oxidised tea from the Tung Ting mountain region of Taiwan. The large, hand rolled leaves gently unfurl when steeped to produce a cleaner, more floral infusion than the heavier, roasted oolongs.
Sold as Loose Leaf tea in different sized tins and pouches.
Origin: Nantou County, Taiwan
Ingredients: Oolong tea
How to Prepare
Use 1tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water. Heat water to 93°C (200°F). Steep tea for 3 minutes.
