What to do now?
If you haven't already registered with us, you should have received an email with your log in details. Please sign in to your account if necessary by using your username (default is your email address) and password.
Once signed in, click on your name at the top of the screen. In My Orders, you can try to place a new order using the REORDER link. If the order is shown as cancelled, your items may still be in the shopping basket so you can checkout directly again.
Alternatively, you can always place the order again on our website if you prefer. If you do not wish to proceed, please disregard this as your pending order will be automatically cancelled.
