Just bought al very elegant teapot and exotic tea, not only does this product looks gorgeous it tastes are magnificent too !
Although the tea pot was not delivered the day after ordering, this was due to high demand in the four days prior to Christmas. When I phoned the company Paul was polite, friendly and helpful. They delivered on the day requested and the Interlink service is superb - able to see online exactly where the delivery van is i.e. how far away. Was also sent texts keeping me up to date on delivery time and giving an option to change this.
Paul is a genius. His team are awesome. Whoever makes the teapot is a samurai God(ess). Who ever does the website design (Paul's wife I think) is a wonderful. I hope this gets across to the states because people in NYC would love this.
