The tea is great as always but I was particularly impressed with customer service. I was called and notified that a tea in my order was unavailable. The person I spoke to (perhaps Paul) was very personable and a great source of information about the teas.
Love this beautiful tea - so fragrant and delicate. Really good value as you can re-steep a couple of times and still get a gorgeous drink. The same goes for the pearls and the many other flowering teas I have ordered from this great little company over the years. Glasswear is excelent quality- have broken a couple of lids before and prompt replacements with no hassle.Really great customer service to go with it, fast delivery and everything carefully packaged.Would not shop anywhere else for my teas.
I love Jasmine tea and this is as good as it gets for me, other brands I have tried don?t come close to the flavour that this tea provides.
I have been fortunate to have regular visitors from Asia who keep me well-stocked with tea. In times of low stocks, I have been obliged to top-up from UK tea merchants/stockists. The quality of their teas have been poor. Thankfully, I have now found a source here in UK of high quality teas. Well done.
One of the best jasmine tea I’ve ever tasted. The floral note hits you strong but just as you the think this is going to be too much, the mild flavour lingers just as you finish the first sip. Perfect for pretty much every time of the day. But for me this tea settles my tummy if I had too much to eat. Love it love it love it’s. Cannot recommend it enough.
