Terms of Service
Please note the following before placing your order:
1. On placing this order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive anything, be sure to check your junk folder before contacting us. In the unlikely event your payment fails for whatever reason, the order will be automatically cancelled. You will need to place a new order and try the payment again possibly with a different payment method.
2. We offer a standard delivery service via Royal Mail 48h on orders under 2kg. All other orders are shipped using a Next Working Day service by our courier DPD Local. For UK Scottish highlands & islands, we offer a 2 Day (DPD) or 3-5 day standard service via Royal Mail. View our delivery page for more informaton.
3. Please note that order processing can take up to 24 hours during busy times like Christmas. We will let you know quickly if ever your items are not readily available.
4. We've suspended all deliveries to Europe (including Ireland and Northern Ireland) due to ongoing courier restrictions and customs related issues. Hopefully this will be a temporary measure.
5. You can leave us instructions (in comments box on checkout) if you wish the courier to leave the package in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour.
6. Please email us if you haven't received your package when expected so we can check into it.
